Be in Balance (BIB) - Empowering Youth for Mental Well-being

The Be in Balance (BIB) project is dedicated to preserving the mental health of young people by fostering social competence, awareness, and empowerment. Through collaborative initiatives, training programs, and the development of the BIB Methodology, the project aims to equip young people and youth organizations with the necessary tools to address mental health challenges effectively.

Project Objectives

  • Enhance mental health awareness among young people and youth organizations.
  • Improve social competence through Training of Trainers (ToT) and interactive youth workshops.
  • Develop and implement the BIB Methodology as a structured approach to mental health prevention and support.

Key Activities

The Training of Trainers consists of two phases:

  • Initial training for youth workers - equipping them with new skills and knowledge.
  • Follow-up training - focused on exchanging best practices and evaluating national activities.

Expected Results

  • Increased youth engagement in mental health initiatives.
  • Strengthened cooperation between young people and vulnerable groups through mentorship and support.
  • Greater sense of responsibility for personal well-being and community health.
  • Improved self-employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

By integrating these outcomes into daily activities, BIB will create a lasting impact on youth empowerment and mental health awareness.
