On Friday, 9 May 2025, the workshop “Creativity and Entrepreneurship for Mental Health” was held at the Celje Youth Centre. The workshop was attended by 23 participants, all young people with an interest in entrepreneurship. The aim of the workshop was to demonstrate how creative practices can contribute to better mental well-being, easier stress management, and the encouragement of innovation and adaptability in the business world.
Through relaxed, guided activities—such as drawing, building with materials, and creating collages—participants expressed emotions, explored new ideas, and reflected on the connection between creativity and resilience.
The content was tailored to an entrepreneurial context, with participants also reflecting on creative problem-solving in startup environments and small businesses.
The atmosphere was relaxed, open, and encouraging for discussions about mental health in both private and professional life. Feedback was very positive, with participants highlighting the importance of creative breaks as a valuable tool for maintaining personal balance.
