Innovative Network proudly organized a Multiplayer Event - Round table, bringing together passionate professionals, decision-makers, and youth who truly care about the future of young people. Representatives of the City of Subotica, the Center for Social Work, secondary schools, the Faculty of Economics, civil society organizations, and youth workers came together to exchange ideas, listen, and co-create solutions.
At the heart of the event was the BIB methodology — created from young people, for young people — opening meaningful dialogue and strengthening youth voices in decision-making, in line with the EU Youth Strategy. Through honest conversations, shared experiences, and valuable feedback, we are taking another step toward more inclusive, supportive, and youth-centered communities.
