During April and May, Innovative Network actively implemented national activities, launching the second phase of youth workshops. This phase was particularly significant as the workshops were led by young people who had previously participated in BIB methodology workshops, under the mentorship of trainers and in close cooperation with youth workers.
The topics covered during the workshops included creativity, storytelling, and entrepreneurship, with the aim of strengthening young people’s personal and professional skills, as well as their mental well-being. In total, 37 workshops were organised, with an average of 12 participants per workshop, reflecting a high level of engagement and interactive work.
On this occasion, we would like to highlight a workshop held at the Regional Innovation Startup Center Subotica, where the participants were students from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica. Twelve students actively took part in the workshop, addressing topics such as digital entrepreneurship and networking.
Through collaborative work, the exchange of ideas, and practical exercises, students developed entrepreneurial competences, strengthened self-confidence, mutual support, and teamwork — all contributing to the improvement of young people’s mental well-being.
